How to Renew Your Server

A server stays active for its rental term. Renew before the due date to avoid interruption.

Quick summary

• Pick a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month term; the longer the term, the lower the monthly price.
• Server data is preserved during the grace period after the due date, but don't wait.

Steps to renew

1. 1Log in to clients.arqonara.com with your account email and password.
2. 2Open the Services menu and select the server you want to renew.
3. 3Click Renew and choose a duration.
4. 4Complete payment (QRIS, e-wallet, bank transfer, or voucher).

Once payment is confirmed, the active period is extended and the invoice is emailed to you.

Turn on email reminders so you never miss the due date.

When to renew

• 7 days before the due date — safest, no rush.
• During a promo — longer terms often get a lower price.
• Before a holiday/event — make sure the server won't go down when it's busiest.

If you renew late

The server is deactivated automatically once the term ends. Data is still kept during the grace period and can be reactivated as soon as you renew. If the grace period has passed, contact support for recovery help.

Change duration

You can switch to a longer term when renewing for a lower monthly price. A term cannot be shortened once renewed.
