This policy governs how Arqonara, as a server hosting service provider, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of customers registered on our platform. Important Note: If you are a player or end-user connected to a server managed by an Arqonara customer, all questions regarding privacy and data management within that server must be directed to the server owner (our customer), not to Arqonara.

To provide optimal hosting services, we collect the following types of data:

• Account & Registration Data: Full name, active email address, phone number, address, and contact information required for identity verification and billing.
• Transaction & Financial Data: Service order history, billing renewal details, and payment methods. (Your credit card or banking information is processed and stored securely by third-party payment gateway partners, not on our servers).
• Customer Support Data: Records of support tickets, chat conversations, or emails when you request technical assistance from our team.
• Technical & Automatic Data: IP addresses, activity logs on the server management panel, browser information, and cookies used to maintain account security, prevent spam, and improve navigation of our website.

Arqonara uses your personal information solely for operational purposes and service improvement, including:

• Performing provisioning (setup) of your hosting service and network infrastructure.
• Processing payments, issuing invoices, and preventing fraud.
• Providing technical assistance, performing troubleshooting, and analyzing server performance.
• Sending important notifications such as network maintenance schedules, security system updates, or changes to service active periods.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

• No Data Sales: Arqonara will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any party.
• Operational Partners: Data is only shared on a limited basis with vendors that support our operations, such as official payment service providers. They are bound by strict data security standards.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose user information to law enforcement or government agencies if required by law or valid court orders.

• Infrastructure Protection: We protect the control panel and user data traffic with industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and implement network security systems to mitigate the risks of hacking and DDoS attacks.
• Security Limitations: Although we apply high standards, no system on the internet is completely invulnerable. Therefore, you are responsible for keeping your password and account access credentials confidential.

• Access and Updates: You have the full right to view, update, or correct your profile information directly through the Arqonara client dashboard/portal.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and related data by contacting our support team. Deletion will be carried out according to procedures, except for invoice data which must be retained for legal and tax audit purposes.
